| On our path to growth, Microgear has been selected by HP and Kaiser Permanente to support all of Kaiser Permanente's locations throughout the US.
Microgear is responsible for supporting 160,000 users in California, Oregon, Colorado, Ohio, Georgia, Texas, Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., Hawaii and Washington State.
HP has been awarded a 3 year products and support contract by Kaiser Permanente. Previously a Dell account, Kaiser selected HP for their products as well as the service capability that far exceeded anything that Dell could provide. As a team, HP and Microgear are set to provide Kaiser a 98% guaranteed SLA throughout their coverage area.
In our 20th year of business, this is the single largest services contract won by Microgear, Inc.
